Client
The Shire of Murray tendered for the reconstruction of an extensively fire damaged heritage listed property within Edenvale Complex. The tender was awarded to CLPM and commenced in January 2011.
Scope
Initial works focussed on reconstructing the building including structural remediation and installation of new roof. Internal structural changes were carried out to alter the floor plan to suit tenant requirements including a full internal fit out.
Project value: $700,000
Completed: August 2011
Outcome
With close communication between CLPM and the Shire, works were completed on time and to the complete satisfaction of the Shire Council and the local community. The project received a state heritage award in 2013 for outstanding conservation of a non-residential place.
